Terms and conditions

By using cryptoevent.io you accept these conditions. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

What the site is

Cryptoevent Bulletin is an editorial publication. It reports on announcements made about trading platforms and on what public registers and archives show about those announcements. It is not a broker, not an introducer of business in any regulated sense, not an adviser and not a comparison service. It does not accept funds, hold client assets or execute anything on your behalf.

Permitted use

You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

  • copy substantial parts of the site for republication, whether by hand or by automated means;
  • scrape the site in a way that degrades its availability for other readers;
  • present our text as your own, or as the output of another publication;
  • use anything published here in marketing for a platform, whether or not that platform is one we have written about;
  • attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Quoting us

Short quotations for reporting, criticism and review are welcome under the usual rules, provided they are attributed to Cryptoevent Bulletin and accompanied by a link to the page quoted. Quoting a verdict word while omitting the sentence that qualifies it is a misuse of the material and we will ask for it to be corrected.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and design of this site belong to its operator. Platform names, logos and trade marks mentioned in the bulletins belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and reporting purposes only. Nothing here implies an association with, or approval by, any platform named.

Contributions from readers

If you send us a tip-off, a correction, a document or any other material, you confirm that you are entitled to send it and you grant us permission to use it in our reporting. We may publish material you send, in whole or in part. Where you ask to remain unnamed we will honour that, and we will not publish personal details of the sender without explicit agreement.

Do not send material that is confidential to a third party without the right to disclose it, and do not send anything obtained unlawfully.

Accuracy, availability and change

We take care with the bulletins, but we do not warrant that the site is complete, current or free of error. Pages reflect what was known on the date printed on them. The site may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time without notice, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

External destinations

Some links lead to sites we do not control, and some of those links are commercial. We are not responsible for external content, products, services or data handling, and a link does not constitute an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party are entirely between you and that third party.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it, including any decision made about a financial product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Everything else

These terms may be updated, and the modified date at the top of the page will show when. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
