This is not investment advice

Cryptoevent Bulletin publishes journalism. Nothing on this site is a personal recommendation, an offer, a solicitation, or advice about whether any product, platform or asset is suitable for you. We do not know your circumstances, your obligations or your tolerance for loss, and nothing written for a general audience can take them into account.

No one on this desk holds an authorisation to advise on investments in any jurisdiction. If you want advice, get it from someone regulated to give it in the country where you live, and check their authorisation in that country's register before you rely on a word of it.

What our verdicts mean

The verdict on a bulletin is an editorial summary of what a specific set of checks returned on a specific date. It is not a safety rating and it is not a prediction.

"Unverified" means our searches came back empty. It does not mean a platform is fraudulent, and it equally does not mean it is fine. "No red flags found" means the checks we ran did not contradict the material; it is not a certificate, an endorsement, or a statement that your money would be safe. "High risk" and "Avoid" describe documented problems we name in the text, and they do not exhaust the risks that might exist.

Accuracy and timing

Bulletins are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date printed on them. Registers change, companies register and deregister, promotional pages are rewritten, and platforms disappear. A file that was correct when published can be out of date within weeks, and we cannot guarantee that every page on this site reflects the present state of the world.

Where we quote what a platform says about itself, we are reporting a claim, not adopting it. Figures such as fees, minimum deposits, success rates and user numbers that appear in operator marketing are not our measurements and have not been tested by us.

Risk

Trading leveraged products, contracts for difference and crypto assets carries a high risk of losing money rapidly. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains, and a position can lose more than the sum originally committed to it. Crypto assets are volatile and in many jurisdictions are not covered by investor protection or deposit guarantee schemes. Past performance, wherever it is quoted and by whomever, says nothing reliable about future results.

Money sent to an unregulated operator may be unrecoverable. There may be no ombudsman, no compensation scheme and no realistic legal route to get it back.

This site links to external pages, including public registers, supervisory documents and, in places, commercial destinations. We do not control those pages and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, their security or how they handle your data. A link is not an endorsement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on anything published here. You use this site, and make your own decisions, at your own risk.

Commercial disclosure

Some links on this site are commercial and may earn the operator a fee. This is stated near the top of every bulletin as well as here. The why trust us page explains the arrangement and the limits placed on it in full.
